Nexus8 Scheduled Maintenance — Completed
Scheduled maintenance on the Nexus8 server was completed successfully on 23 May. All administrative services have been restored. Staff experiencing login issues should contact the IT helpdesk on extension 401.
IT Security Audit — All Staff Action Required
All staff are required to reset their Nexus Academy passwords before 30 May 2026. Password reset instructions have been sent to your school email address. Contact Mr Cross if you did not receive the email.
Backup Systems: Quarterly Review
The IT department completed the quarterly review of all backup and restore procedures. Documentation has been updated. A summary will be circulated to department heads by end of week.
